      <description>&lt;P&gt;sent 3 messages to cs_agent over last 2 days, but untill now there's no resply yet. I heard someone said usually they reply quickly within one hour or 2-4 hours, but why I still can't hear anything from them yet?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
