      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sometimes from 1 agents to the next, they might be able to help. Some agents are instructed to only assist Koodo clients however Public Mobile is also under the Telus umbrella. There are quite a few Public Mobile clients that have been able to get assistance from the Koodo Porting Team. Perhaps you can try calling again later on and maybe you'll fall upon another agent that can assist you further&lt;/P&gt;</description>
