Missed confirmation

I recently ported my number to PM I did not see that the confirmation message to approve the number transfer and now I can not receive any message or phone call. My old SIM doesn't work or my new sim.

How do I get PM to initiate the transfer again? Any phone number I can call?

Put back your old aim and call them.
