It is a network thing @TrueCanuck92... Probably it is more on Telus' side than PM...because I'm pretty sure I've encountered this before and it was related to a specific area where I was receiving the signal... I mean that it would happen in one part of the city but not in others.. Like it was more Hardware related... I would pm a Mod after the fall promo time is over (after the 20th) if it is not something that is really creating problems for you and they might run some tests to see how things are going...

"Message Details" Datestamp Issue

I made the switch to PM from Wind this morning. Gotta say I'm pretty happy so far!

That said, there's one minor issue. The "Message Details" interface in Android has gone a bit wack with the timezone. This image is from a message that was sent 11:31 AM but the datestamp incorrectly says 7:31: https://postimg.org/image/xt2mb6eoz/

... Can anyone please advise? Thanks!

To me it looks like that time is GMT time. It's the time it was sent without your time zone added. Not sure what you can do about fixing this. I would think its more of an issue with your phone not applying the correct time zone to the time stamp.

Actually i I read your message wrong, I thought you said it was 11:31pm last night. It's still a time zone issue. Have you checked your phone to see if there's a setting for timezone?

Yeah, that's what has me confused. I set my phone's time zone. The odd thing is, I Noticed this was working correctly when I was on Wind. Is it a carrier thing ?
