      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just signed up for a plan yesterday afternoon and am still waiting for my payment to go through. I can’t make any calls or texts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I need to purchase an eSIM card or is that automatically done for me? Could that be what is holding up the process? Sorry, I’m a senior with zero experience in these things &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":frowning_face:"&gt;☹️&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for any help you can give me!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You need to can’t do it from the website anymore . And when you activate on the app you will be given option to pick physical SIM card or eSIM at that time&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, thanks for replying. I ended up buying an sSIM card for $5 on the app - then my phone started working … I thought the eSIM card was free and was automatically activated upon signup but apparently not. &amp;nbsp;My son signed up at the same time as me and didn’t have to do anything but click the eSIM button to have his plan start working right away.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
