    <description>&lt;P&gt;Well I went ahead and completed activation on a phone that supports esim and then I was able to go ahead with my esim adapter. It is ridiculous that I had to do it this way do complete my activation. Being held up by an app telling me I can't activate or that I cannot switch to an physical sim card. Super poor design by Public Mobile that you don't have access to your account after you pay.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The app won't recognize physical esim adapters so I can't get passed the activation screen to even get access to my account and the esim details.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't switch to sim card either because website needs me to finish activation using the app that says my phone is esim unsupported.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure why they can't provide me the esim qr code / details. They are just holding me up at the activation page because of my phone not supporting. Can I not just complete this activation with a phone that supports esim to get the esim code and access to my code?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
