      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/644319"&gt;@RebeccLee&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try the easy way first.&amp;nbsp; Update Carrier Profile, then&amp;nbsp; Reboot phone and then Reset Network Settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if same, go to Settings and remove phone number from the My Number menu.&amp;nbsp; Reboot the phone and the reenter the number on Setting's My Number to force iMessage Re-registration&lt;/P&gt;</description>
