      <title>Issue with imessage/facetime activation + sms + calls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve tried all troubleshooting such as re-enabling eSIM, restarting phone, turning on/off FaceTime+iMessage, and resetting network settings. Still no luck in getting my FaceTime/iMessage activated with my phone number after it was ported in with new subscription. I am assuming same issue is causing my phone to not be able to send/receive sms, and receive calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/644594"&gt;@Jisnam&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you are sure you can receive inbound calls?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you are sure, start with Reset network settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if same, go to Settings to remove phone number from My Number, then reboot phone and go back Settings and enter number again to force the imessage re-regirstration&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After the Virgin Plus e-SIM to PM eSIM, I can make a call. But, I can't receive a call (straight to voicemail), unable to text (send &amp;amp; receive).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;already issued a ticket yesterday, still no response from the PM agent. Does anyone know the direct contact number?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;this is typical porting incomplete issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;seems like PM is really slow in processing porting.&amp;nbsp; you just have to be patience and wait&lt;/P&gt;</description>
