    <description>&lt;P&gt;trying to port my number in from rogers for the new 20% off deal. I keep getting that error "subscription not activated" at the final stage. I had Public Mobile 2 years ago so I should be considered new activation. is it the issue that I am returning customer and may not qualify or what's the other reason? thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should I rather select a new number and then transfer a number? Help out please. thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But if you end up needing solid the wait time will be longer than normal right now .
