      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi thanks, I was completing account setup, got the new SIM card number in, attempted to transfer old number from Koodo, waited for message to confirm transfer, eventually the page showed that it had failed and I should seek support. Never got a text from public to complete the process&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
