I just joined last night, &amp;nbsp;is the issue with porting my number &amp;nbsp;that could be causing this? Hope it is resolved soon!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's possible that porting has not been completed that is causing your issue, but I would make sure all the obvious setup items have been ruled out first. Once you've determined that your carrier is in fact set to PM under Settings &amp;gt; Cellular &amp;gt; [Public Mobile esim label], do a hard shut down of your phone and restart. If this doesn't work, then more likely it's a porting issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
