      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi Public Mobile Community,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’m having trouble submitting a support ticket through the website. The submit Ticket button is greyed out and unresponsive, even after I’ve filled in all the required fields and described my issue to the SIMon chatbot.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Here’s what I’ve already tried:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;•&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Using incognito/private browsing mode&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;•&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Switching to a different browser (e.g., from Chrome to Firefox)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;•&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Trying on a computer instead of mobile&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;•&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Clearing cache, cookies, and site data&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;•&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Disabling extensions and VPN&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;•&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Rephrasing my issue description to the chatbot&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My original technical problem is trying to transfer my number but I can’t even get past the ticket submission step.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips to fix it, or can a moderator/CS_Agent please assist by creating a ticket for me or providing direct help?
