    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought a PM eSIM plan today and I'm still stuck on Step 6 in the app where it tries to activate the eSIM. Every time I try, the screen after 30 seconds shows me that the subscription could not be activated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no eSIM installed on my iPhone under setting &amp;gt; Cellular, and I don't see any QR code or manual activation info neither in my account or emails. It only tells me to use the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried restarting my phone, logging out and back into the app, closing and reopening it, and using strong Wi-Fi, but nothing has worked so far.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else had this issue before? Any idea how to fix it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same situation.&lt;BR /&gt;You can only send a PM message, and you won't get a response anytime soon.&lt;BR /&gt;Everything's a mess right now, and people have been waiting for a response since Friday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We need a lot of time.
