Customer Support folks have been busy trying to fix many issues related to the botched roll-out. &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If you are a new activation&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt; and select the correct plan, you should be able to take advantage of the 50% off for 2 yrs. I'm sure it'll get straightened out shortly so go ahead if you wish.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
