      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I reboot my phone, uninstalled and re-installed PM and still could not activate the subscription. I completed the ticket form but could not sent it as the "sent" button is grey. MAybe that's the reason because I'm not properly&amp;nbsp; login.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I still can’t get connected or speak to a real person, so I’m wondering about cancelling my subscription. Since I haven’t been able to activate the subscription or get support, I’m questioning whether this plan is worth joining. Do you guys know know how to cancel because the payment has been applied to my credit card?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
