    <description>&lt;P&gt;Succesfully ported from fizz yesterday lunchtime.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Fizz disconnected and my Public line can take calls and text.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've been through the troubleshooting with the AI Bot - checked all the settings, turned off the phone etc. and then did a reset of network settings - nothing has worked.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I created a ticket in the afternoon, but no reply yet.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Where do you go from here?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/642102"&gt;@Paul_J1985&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what phone do you have? you sure you port is done? you can receive inbound calls on the PM sim?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if so, remove the Fizz sim card or disable the Fizz esim.&amp;nbsp; Check to make sure Pm sim is enabled and set as Primary.&amp;nbsp; Then Reboot phone and click Reset network settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and if it does not work still and if you have a physical sim, try the sim in another phone.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if you have an eSIM, and you can login PM app on the phone, buy a new eSIM from Account, Purchase sim card and choose esim&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for replying. I'm using an iphone 15.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Removed the Fizz physical sim. Disabled all sim options other than Public (already set as primary), reebooted the phone and reset network settings.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Bought an activated a new PM esim, and disabled the old one.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Data still not working - any ideas where to go from here?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Might need an account reset by CSA. Click on the chat icon on the right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit a ticket for CSA help.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately, wait times are this weekend are 1-2 days.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
