    <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried on browser, encountered&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Error Code:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;M.8702 on every attempt. And downloaded the PM app, started to subscribe the plan, provided the payment info as required, click Submit button and the app prompts "an error encountered". Tried 2 times and same error happened.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Already downloaded PM app and used 2 email addresses. Does it mean if there is an error encountered, the email cannot be used anymore? I already tried 2 email addresses, can you please clear the error cases?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
