    <description>&lt;P&gt;in the same situation, also no 4g/5g network, ported 2 numbers husbands work but can't take out old sim card, seems like they are busy with a lot of people porting&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Called my previous provider -Rogers and turned out when I sent "Yes" for transfer, they didn't receive the text msg.&amp;nbsp; Now need PM to submit transfer request again...how to request?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
