      <title>Porting issue from virgin plus</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am porting from virgin plus to Public Mobile. I replied to the text to accept the number transfer. It’s been almost 14 hours. I can only call people, receive calls, send/receive texts, but no data service at all. Submitted a ticket online 4 hours ago, nil response. I had reset network settings, restarted phone, airplane mode. The phone shows 5G but no data available.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/642749"&gt;@Ly2026&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are able to receive phone call and text, that means your port was completed successfully.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If only a data issue, might be more of a setup problem with your phone.&amp;nbsp; Which model phone are you using?&amp;nbsp; If android, you can check the APN settings. If iphone, it should be automatically set up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, maybe try manually selecting LTE (instead of Auto or 5G).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I called the porting team and eventually reached somehow who said they could not help Public Mobile customers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I placed a ticket to CS_Agent 5 hours saying the data is not working but have received not reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's an iPhone 12 Pro and I have rebooted it, reset network settings, airplane mode on and off and choosing LTE instead of 5G.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any other thoughts I really need data by tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
