      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having trouble porting from fizz to public mobile. I can call people but i can't receive calls or texts. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Who can I call?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I am experiencing the same issue. My wife and I cannot receive calls or texts. I believe I have PM'd CS_Agent. We both got the SMS when porting and said YES to porting over. Our mobile data works, and we can send calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
