Hello,

I am a loyal Public Mobile custormer and I notice the new Flash Sale: 60GB for $20 promotion. I would love to switch to this plan at my next recewal date rather than porting my number out to another carrier just to come back as a new customer. Is there any way you could help me apply this deal to my account?

@Iris2025 Sorry the flash sale is only for new activations NOT existing customers unfortunately

With all the issues and complaints in the Community, in my opinion it's probably not advisable to do that right now anyway.

Yes that is the only way to receive the 50% off plan. Port out then port back.

The other option is to close your account by disabling Subscribe (AutoPay) then join as a new member website with a new SIM/eSIM but you need to pick a new number.
