      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok, I rebooted my phone twice, reinsert the sim, didn't fix it.&amp;nbsp; I called my daughter and call display shows my number, so my number did transfer over fine. When she call me back it goes directly to call forwarding.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Apparently, there was an issue with the IMEI number I provided and so I had to provide my account number for my old carrier and they were able to submit a new request. That was confirmed and the transfer should be completed within the next two hours. So I would recommend calling as they were able to fix my issue!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
