    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am posting again in desperation that some agent may take pity and respond to my private messaging. I initiated a new PM account yesterday and it ported out fine from FIZZ to PM but it doesn't work. Benn waiting for an agent response since my private message yesterday to no avail. &amp;nbsp; I'm totally stuck and now can't access my banking or other apps requiring 2 factor authentication. &amp;nbsp;Even when at the bank one still requires 2 factor authentication. WHY is PM leaving me hanging??????&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately,&amp;nbsp; it's not a matter of pity. They work by tickets in order received,&amp;nbsp; then private messages in order received.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I anticipate that there are a lot of messages over the past 2 days.&amp;nbsp; They do work on Sundays,&amp;nbsp; but I do think they will not get to you for awhile yet...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't send too many follow up by private messages as that does not speed up the process.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rough &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":unamused_face:"&gt;😒&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It might, not too sure. Did you try your sim card in someone else's phone to test it for incoming calls?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes - but the same situation --- for some strange reason by my PM Sim I can only make voice call but not receive any. Texting mms doesn't work - I'm so sorry that I ported to Telus/PM . Tried to port back to my previous provider but of course it doesn't work because I now don't have an active working account --so I'm stuck with this substandard company.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear about the banking issue. Hopefully your issue gets a response back from customer service soon! This occurrence is uncommon for Public Mobile. Their servers are probably overwhelmed with new activations since their current promotion is amazing. While you wait for your service to kick in, is that a way that you can log into your other accounts without a cellphone 2 factor authentication? Perhaps they permit you to get an authentication code via email?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
