My Husband ported from Chatr to Public no problem. When I ported into Public from chatr I did exactly the same steps. I said yes to the Chatr TXT message to confirm approving porting out of Chatr.

Thats when things got weird.

My temporary Public cell number became the ported in number. But partially. Everything in my account shows my ported in number and the temporary number is gone. This is the problem:

- My Public Sim cannot receive or send ANY text messages from or to any number after the port request
- When I place a call a call from my Public Sim it shows the ported in number. BUT CANNOT receive any calls on the ported number nor the temporary number
- Data works
- The Chatr SIM card is fully functional with data, calls in/out, and txt in/out.

So it looks like the porting of my number is partially complete.

How can I resolve this?
