      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/642321"&gt;@RaisyDaisy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;not sure if your port really completed, test if you receive inbound calls on your PM sim&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you cannot receive inbound calls, it is a problem with port and port not done&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if you can receive calls and just text is the problem, then try uninstall Google Message, wait 5 mins and reboot phone and reinstall Google Message&lt;/P&gt;</description>
