      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/642157"&gt;@agunay&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;PM is prepaid and no refund.&amp;nbsp; You don't want to port out or cancel today as you lost 28 or 27 days of services&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can port your number out closer to end of the 30 days cycle , and it will close the account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or if you don't need the number, go to Payment -&amp;gt; Manage Subscription on My Account and disable Subscribed, which means autopay and PM won't charge you again&lt;/P&gt;</description>
