      <description>&lt;P&gt;You have been informed incorrectly and after being charged (TWICE, ffs), completing all of the activation steps, the eSIM appears to be active however there is NO CONNECTIVITY.. not able to make or receive calls or texts or use the web.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even after performing all troubleshooting, resetting network settings, restarting phone etc. still doesn’t work&lt;/P&gt;</description>
