Yes. Any unlocked (or almost any Telus-locked) phone with UMTS 850MHz and 1900MHz capabilities (required for voice calls) will work at Public Mobile.

Yes, Samsung Note 20 should work on PM without issue.

Generally speaking, Samsung Flagship phones should work on PM without issue . (and Canadian and North American model for sure work). To be very safe, get the exact model number and we can try to confirm
