I’m able to only login to my account by email. I asked CS for help but non response . Now what ???? I'm in trouble because now I can't even access my banking and other services requiring 2 factor authentication ---CS won't respond --- I'm in big trouble and curse the day I tried to switch to PM. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;From all the complaints on this thread it's obvious that maybe they need a new team of computer science persons. &amp;nbsp;I'm really worried and have wasted hours on this situation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Most times you get reply 1-2 hours I’ve seen myself have to wait up to 48 hours before and I’m afraid this could be one of those unfortunate times . Just need to wait till you get reply from them to assist unfortunately, sorry be the messenger if bad news and also know I’m just a customer like you trying to help , best of luck &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":crossed_fingers:"&gt;🤞&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
