I was a Rogers mobile customer past 10 years and 1 of my friends referred me to public mobile it's all most 2 weeks now I am not able to send or Receive a text message and my job is demanding on massages and bow I am losses my business because my text massages not working I had a this phone number past 23 years and now I am stuck I can't even go back to Rogers because my ph number was changed to public mobile if I go back I need to go through text messages for accept to go back but problem is this my massages not working please help me with it or let me talk to live agent thanks

You can receive phone calls?

It is just a text app issue. You are using Android? Uninstall Google Message, reboot and reinstall

Yes brother i can Recieved a call this is fine I did delete and uninstall the goal massage again still same it's showing I send massage but other person didn't Recieved and same thing other person mobile show also same massage send by I didn't Recieved
