So do customers pay the full $40 +tax for initial activation; then $20 credit applies to 24 future renewals ?

I made the payment for a promo 20 dollars for 60 originally it was 40 but there is a 50 percent off untill the 26th. I made my payment and followed instructions and downloaded the app. I activated it and transferred numbers now its telling me my subscription is expired the 20 dollars i paid is now showing in funds that I can use at checkout. If I try to activate my subscription I have to pat another 22.60 on top of the 22.60 I already paid. I tried contacting support I need help all my services are currently down an I can't make calls. Why is 20 dollars showing I Funds when I paid for the plan and why do I have now pay more?
