40$ plan activated and 50% promotion not added

Plan activated today.I am a new customer referred by one of my friends with 50% off plan. I chose 40$ plan and paid 20$+ tax at the beginning. But that promotion was not added into my account and the account says it is suspended.

CS Agent is not responding and I don’t think so they will respond today must be over loaded

I’m facing the same issue charge twice 22.60 and renewal is showing 45.2 don’t what is happing

I don't accept the solution. It's was selected by mistake. Can the CS agent inspect fast this issues ? It's so frustrating to use the service . I would rather stay in my 25$ plan with 20gb than this pathetic support.

@ArpithaGirish If you tap the down arrow by the time stamp of the except solution you can edit it and remove the solution yourself @ArpithaGirish
