      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just activated my plan &amp;amp; my eSIM installed. However, it’s stuck on activating.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(iPhone 12)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;restarting my phone didn’t help - any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;you tried Reboot the phone and try login the PM app and check if it can complete activation?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks! I’m coming from Koodo. I haven’t said yes to the port text yet. I’m afraid I’ll totally lose service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I’m thinking I should get the eSIM working with the customer care agent , and once it works can I ask them to redo the port text? It expires in 90 mins and I don’t think I’ll make it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
