      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need help, I have paid for the service but can't even raise a ticket for help!&amp;nbsp; It says my&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;services are on hold due to the expiration of your subscription.&amp;nbsp; But I just paid, the payment went through as per my bank account and also got the email from Public stating subscription is active.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
