Hi all

During first time porting, insted of EID, i typed IMEI-1 . And now my screen just keep scrolling and says E sim not installed. I cant go back and edit a correct EID. How do fix it . Please help

wrong IMEI for porting and eSIM not installed are not related. your wrong IMEI won't cause eSIM install issue

but i think you need to ask PM agent to help both issues

reboot phone and login the app again

also, check Sim Manager and see if the PM sim is showing there

ask PM to help if really no esim there, and you can tell him about the porting IMEI problem, you should give the old provider account number instead

Yes. I am using this PB community first time and not sure how this works, trying to figure out. One person already sent me a link to connect an agent who can help me soni just sent that person a message and requested to fix the issue
