      <title>50% Off Promo Not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded to the $40 plan with 50% Off for 2 years in the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It said completed, and I hit continue. It then said I had no plan and that payment didn't go through and my account had no plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I re made the purchase with the promo still displaying, however was charged full price and the promo seems unapproved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help is appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It could be you get charged $40 for initial activation but get $20 credited to your account for subsequent renewals.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
