    <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed to the 50% deal off today but chose to change on renewal. Afterwards, I saw the confirmed change details listing full price of the plan and features of the new plan, but there is no display of the 50% off price. So will I get the promo price for 24 mo or not? Don't want to wait til the next renewal date to see a big surprise to paying full price!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Check My Account Payment page using browser with incognito mode and confirm how much PM took first&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If they really took the wrong amount, open ticket and ask&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) We activations not existing customers unfortunately. So I’d double check with support but I think you will just pay the price you see as existing customer and not get the 50% off unfortunately&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
