your account should have set with Autopay.

But in case it didn't work and your account is suspended, login My Account and click "Pay and Resume Services Now" and make a payment

another alternative is to get payment vouchers at Canada Tire and No Frills...then dial 611 to add them to your account.

www.muskbird.com has on-line payment vouchers available for a small user fee.

if you log in to your account and click on the payment section. its the manage subscription button on the right hand side. Hope this helps!
