How do I change my address? I live in Halifax but I am been charged with Quebec tax. I moved from Montreal to Halifax.

changing address won't help. They charge you tax based on the area code of the phone number. You need to get a Halifax phone number to change the tax

but if you really need to change address, login to My Account and go to Profile , Manage EverSafe ID to change address

Address does NOT matter to PM.

You pay taxes based on your AREA code so if Halifax has less tax you would need to change your phone number.

Can I change all the digits of my phone number or just the area code?

If you wish for a Halifax phone numbrer, you'll be required to get a phone number with a different area code than you have now. However, it's not just a matter of changing the area code. You'll have to get an entirely different number (can't just change only the area code).
