For the longest time, I had a $22 a month plan that was just Canada wide coverage and gave me something like 4GBs a month. However, over the holidays I was travelling so I switched to a $35 plan that had Canada-US-Mexico coverage. Fast forward to now, I want to go back to my old plan, but when I select "change plan" the only options that come up are over $30 a month, Canada-US-Mexico coverage plans.

When I looked at Public plans online, it shows cheaper options (still not as good as what I had before), but when I select those plans and log in to my account, they are suddenly no longer available.

it is not uncommon you cannot change back to the plan you had before. In fact, there won't be too many choices to move down your plan anymore. And you can only change to plan available on your My Account-> Change Subscription page , if the plan is not there, you have no way to get it

So even though cheaper plans are available to new subscribers, they are not available to me, even though I've been with Public Mobile for like 5 years?

Unfortunately, they don't take your years of loyalty into consideration. If you don't see the plan you want in your account; you can't get it.

Many found themselves in this same situation...

So in order to pay less then $30 a month, I have to completely make a new account in order to get one of the cheaper plans. Is there any way to talk to someone who actually works at Public Mobile.
