I tried to make a call from Portugal to Canada but nothing worked. What am I not doing or doing wrong???

it won't work because PM has no roaming service other than US and Mexico, so you want be able to make, receive calls or use data there

the international calling login is for you to make calls when you are in Canada, not when you are travelling

Of course not. PM does NOT offer service outside of this continent.

You can download what's app or another one like that to call it uses wifi

My problem is when I try to log in to a site where I have 2-factor authentication. They send the verification code by SMS text using my Canadian phone number and I do not receive it.
