My call won’t go through from Mexico to Canada.

how you call back Canada?

Try all these ways to call Canadian and US number when you are in Mexico. (Some confirmed only one of these ways work for them, so really try them all)

+1 <area code> <7 digits>
001 <area code> <7 digits>
00+1 <area code> <7 digits> (key is to use a + in between the 00 , actual dial the plus sign, it does not mean concatenation)
00 1 <area code> <7 digits>

I just now tried a call from Mexico to Canada (BC). The call completed using 001 - area code - number ...as suggested by @hTideGnow
