    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like an SMS issue, not an Android issue. You may not realize it when messaging iPhones, as it's sending via iMessage. Have you tried disabling iMessage and sending a message to an iPhone user over SMS?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a new line with Public Mobile? Does voice calling and data work?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to send messages to android users since setting up with PM. &amp;nbsp;I have been through all the steps, turning off and on my phone, making sure toggle is switched to SMS, reset network settings. Not sure what else to do, but need these messaging access&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/638796"&gt;@Turpin2026&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;on iPhone? try to disable RCS first.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Go to&amp;nbsp; Settings, then&amp;nbsp; Apps and then&amp;nbsp; Messages, then scroll down to the "Text Messaging" section and tap RCS Messaging, and finally toggle the switch off&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then wait 15 mins, reboot phone and turn it back on to retrigger RCS registration&lt;/P&gt;</description>
