    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/639062"&gt;@Her5&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't think any carrier will do that&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but for the 100Mb, it could be just a initial buffer usage.&amp;nbsp; PM always count extra 100Mb for buffer usage.&amp;nbsp; If it is just a buffer usage, basically it shows there but it does not really count towards your data bucket&lt;/P&gt;</description>
