      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure how this works hoping to talk to someone about getting a refund. I don’t have access to my esim and nothing is working. The QR code in the email takes me to a server not found page. I just paid and think it’s pointless to pay for basically nothing. My email is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx&lt;/P&gt;</description>
