      <title>My Account will not load</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can login fine as usual but then it redirects me back to the main publicmobile.ca page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried clearing all data and cache and restarting. Same thing every time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just want to access my account. The app on my android doesn't work on this phone as it didn't work on my last phone so I always use my browser --- just as I did since long before the app existed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm out of options so I need a fix please.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PS I just logged into Community and worked as it always did so it's not my computer or my browser.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is happening for me as well. &amp;nbsp;I need to update my payment information but there’s no “Payments” option to click. &amp;nbsp;It’s as if the My Account page is redirecting to the home page.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
