      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’m overseas and Public Mobile doesn’t allow receiving SMS outside Canada/US, so I can’t receive the port-out authorization text to reply YES. Can you manually approve/confirm the port-out to Fizz,or provide an alternative verification method?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
