get to 7-11 and buy a CR calling card. Look on-line for calling cards also.

You'll need to use another comapny's service such as a landline or another carrier's wireless service. Other alternatives include calling card services or some messaging apps that allow calls (some require both people in the call to be using the same app).

sorry @JayKoufax , you cannot call Costa Rica using PM service. To call long distance, you need to buy the correct Long Distance add-on, but none of those include Costa Rica.

you need to go and buy the old style calling card to call Costa Rica
