Are there no moderators working this weekend? I PMed both @Shazia_K and @Mary_M yesterday and received no replies. Any other mods I can PM?

My plan was supposed to change today. It hasn't and now I have no service. Can one of the moderators please PM so that we can fix? Wife's account is due to change tomorrow and I would like to avoid the same issue.

i had the same problem as my plan was scheduled for renewal yesterday..i think due to site was down it did not process charges...but then this morning it finally went through and all was fine except, that the plan did not update to the new promo..which is only a minor problem as my line works....

so check your account status ... i would not recommend to use"pay now" if you were set up for auto renewal as system might process your auto renewal soon and you will get charged twice....

cheers
