      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to port my number but unfortunately my number cannot be ported and I am unable to move from this point. Therefore I am unable to cancel the subscription. The payment was already made and therefore I will need a refund. Please let me know how this can be resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
